Out of Unit Dues

Dues are how we collectively fund our union to support ourselves and our coworkers.

Becoming a dues-paying member will let you to take part in the internal activities of the union, including running and voting in officer elections, being appointed as a steward, and participating in membership meetings, as well as contributing to making Local 33 a strong, effective, and democratic organization.

If you are a student in a Yale graduate or professional program who wants to be a member of Local 33, but are not working in a bargaining unit position, you can still become a union member by filling out the application for membership now and paying out of unit dues.
